Scott had so many chances to win that before he got to the 18th it was almost inevitable he was going to do something like that.

Very true Hawkeye, but didn't Rory play the last hole well - not giving Scott a chance of a playoff!

Just saw a few highlights of this.

Looked to me as if Rory's putting stroke is a bit more 'natural'. Still a bit of a forward press, but looked a lot more comfortable than recently when he looked as if he was thinking about putting the 'right' motions on it.

Set up nicely for next year. Beating Scott on his current form is a feather in anyone's cap imho.
