Another was , A prison van crashed into a cement mixer , police are looking for some hardened criminals. RIP.

Met him at Gullane and Archerfield a few times. Wonderful, genuine man who had time to chat with anyone (especially golf chat).
A sad loss indeed.

He was brilliant in Extras when he was dealing drugs.

Saw him play golf in a celebrity day, and he hit a decent ball, but not long.

Good innings, but still a sad day.
