By my reckoning that leaves G. Cohen, R. Charlton, G. Hurst still with us.
Greaves also gone equally remembered.

I'm 57 so this is on the cusp of my memory... of all the "Class of 66" I seem less aware of Roger Hunt than many of the rest of the team. My scouse mate always waxed lyrical about him as a player and as a man. (his dad knew Roger quite well)

Time and nostalgia adds another layer of greatness, but he was one who needed none of that! Sad day.

Knighted by the Kop, no greater honour for one of the originals who started this 60 years and counting rise. Us fans of today will always be in debt to the players and manager who started that style of play for us.
