It happens to me whenever I see a post about influencers or YouTubers. Individually I recognise all of the words but they've put them together in an order that means I haven't got a clue what's going on.

Another sign of my age-related grumpiness is my reaction to the emails from Virgin Atlantic beginning "Hey Alan". Aren't they taught in marketing school that addressing someone of my generation by their first name is rude. And "Hey" is beyond the pale. They would have been better writing "Oi, you"
