Players ball crosses a red stake boundary line and is sitting on a bad slope. Player decides its unplayable and decides to drop out of the hazard under penalty. He used his club to retieve his ball. Is he guilty of grounding his club in the hazzard whilst his ball is also in said hazzard?
I said no as they're was no intention of playing the shot and i declared i was taking a red stake drop. My pp said otherwise
