Restaurant menus

Why Google the menu though, simply go onnthe restaurant website and click the menu link ?
Unless I'm being overly simple in my approach but that's always worked for me.. Though i am also fairly simple ?

Sometimes it is straight forward but not always, we usually end up calling them.

My gripe is that nowadays I can only look at the dessert menu in awe... As ordering from it is strictly off limits ?...
