I am in my final year of studying Sport Management at Northumbria University. For my dissertation I am conducting research into the consumer buying behaviour of golfers. I'll agree with the earlier comments, there are two main things;
1) almost didn't realise the scale went to 7 on some of them as you have to slide it over
2) some of the questions were a bit odd - I couldn't really understand the reason for wanting to know this info (I scored all those as 4)

Golf equipment ranges from a tee to a new set of clubs, therefore the average cost question was difficult to answer.

I too did not notice column 7.
