With winter approaching at a rate of knots thinking of getting on of these - anyone recommend one? or think it'll get used once then i'll put it in the loft? have wooden floors so no carpet?

I never bothered although I do have carpet down so it isn't an issue for me. Isn't there one (about £70 mind) that you can putt up and down grain and get different speeds and it shows you the line you putted on?

I have a cheap as chips 8 foot mat. I dont putt to a hole. Just use the V Easy, the edge to get my feet square and put something under the end to return the ball.
You can pay lots but I wouldnt bother.

Got a Putt 'n' Return in my office, helps me think when on conference calls. Get some weird looks when using the V Easy and someone comes in...

Plus, when any suppliers come over it's a great way to seal a deal!

I've got an excellent PGA 9'x3' mat that stays out in my shed for when all the Eastenders and Corrie becomes too much:D
