Morning AllMy first post in the forum so not really sure how this works.Over the course of last week I must have pulled a muscle in my right side, it has got gradually worse over the weekend culminating in me hardly being able to hit a shot in the AM/AM tournament I was playing in yesterday.I played quite a bit last week and think I have just over done it. Don't you love it, not had an injury all winter then first proper comp of the season arrives and have a niggling injuryAny tips and thoughts for me to assist it as I have the first qualifying medal on Saturday and would really like to play in it as it is a qualifier for a decent club competition.Thinking of taking relaxing baths and not hitting a ball till Friday and see what happens. Will ice help and some heat patches?.
