Puddles on Course and Green

So last week we played whilst it was pouring down and also started snowing. What are the rules if your ball ends up just off the green in a puddle?

Also on the green if it is waterlogged between your ball and the flag?

In water off the green it's drop (sometimes a place) at the nearest point of relief

On the green its a placement as near as reasonable that doesnt have standing water between ball and cup with the same length putt
