I was under the impression that PX and PX Flighted played the same flex. It is the plain Rifle shafts that play 0.5 softer.
The flighted have some fairy dust sprinkled on them (ok, I don't know how they do it!) to make the longer irons launch higher and the shorter irons launch lower.
The general feeling is that PX Flighted is a shade softer than PX, but not as soft as standard Rifle. So basically, the answer is "more or less" for flex.
On height, PX Flighted is intended to fly higher than PX in the longer irons and lower in the shorter irons, so height is a bit different.
However you should note that PX shafts are not frequency matched (unlike Rifle standard), but are weight matched. This means that the main difference between PX 5.5 and 6.0 etc is the weight and the flex may vary. Because of the design of PX shafts flex is broadly related to weight, but not exactly so.
