Professional Golf 2024 & 2025

Would this have secured him PGA tour card already?
No. He’s not even at the line. He’s on 1600 points while you needed 2200 last year to make it.

That said, he is already basically guaranteed to be in the Race to Dubai playoffs; so he’ll have to play remarkably badly or be injured all year not to be PGAT eligible from here.

The 2025/2026 PGA has already begun and the players are set.

Currently the top 10 players on the DPWorld tour at the season end who are not already qualified will get a card for 2026/27.

His position in the DP tour rankings will probably mean invites to the Masters, The US PGA and the US OPEN

I have not looked at this for years though.

DP tour rankings won’t give him many invites to the US Majors

World Ranking Will and finishes in certain events

Thanks I do get that, more wondering if his start and the 2 wins will be enough to get him one of the 10 cards for 26/27 already

Made me check

US Open qualification (extract) which I presume will be the same for 2026 except the number under 16. has not been declared as yet

15. Race to Dubai rankings

The top two players from the final 2024 Race to Dubai rankings who are not already exempt will get in the US Open.

16. Race to Dubai rankings (part two)

The top player from the 2025 Race to Dubai rankings as of May 19, who is not otherwise exempt will earn a spot at the US Open

Top 60 in world ranking (he is currently 63rd)
He currently tops the DP world rankings

Watching on the box sometimes the final 10 is not decided until the very last event of the season. Given his current standing (top of the pile) it is a long way to fall given that most that will probably overtake him are already qualified.

Seems like Brooks will be back on the PGA Tour in a couple of weeks time..
$5m dollar charitable donation
Illegible for PEP for 5 years
Ineligible for FedEx bonus
Eligible for President's Cup and TGL.....

The door swings open.....

Basically a slap on the wrist, they were always going to let Brooks back in.

Surely it’s only Brooks coming back

I suppose the returning members program leaves the door open to Rahm Bryson and Smith

Very strange way of letting Brooks back in… I wonder if there’s been conversations with the three mentioned about returning

He is prob thinking it’s good to have Koepka back on the PGAT

He has been very clear about his feelings of LIV

I hope it's a better version of Brooks 2025 mate. He was very, very average. If he kicks off his return to the PGAT with a few missed cuts it'll soon look like a very average deal for him, regardless of the current euphoria from the usual PGAT simp accounts.

He’s had a lot of distractions in 2025 though to deal with so it’s not a surprise his golf suffered. Hopefully he comes back blazing as he’s brilliant to watch in majors.

Waste Management could be interesting, what odds on some disgruntled spectators full of lite beers making their feelings known about the return? 🤔

Season 5 of the soap opera is underway 😆
