First regular golf event I've watched in over 2 years (Sunday anyway). Mainly because I've always liked Pebble Beach, having played it regularly on the Sega Megadrive in the mid 90's
Bonus that McIlroy has done very well. McIlroy, Lowry, Rose at the top end, bigger bonus.

Just looking it up, looks like Woods won on 14 consecutive seasons, Casper 16 and Nicklaus/Palmer 17.
Still, I'd be happy with 8

Indeed.
Lots of players who have 2 or 3 great seasons, and many have often pipped Rory to some big titles over years.
But, Rory's consistency to always be around the top for so long, still picking up wins, is still incredible. All players have dips, including Rory. But his extended dips don't cause him to drop miles away from the top guys in purple patches
