Not sure why they changed the name but you don’t get much of a crowd in the Middle East anyway

Something along the lines of they sold out and relaunched it as The Hero Cup - even though it was exactly the same as The Seve Trophy.
Money is tight for the DPWT but they should have kept some acknowledgement of Seve within the name.

I enjoyed the golf this morning, Tyrell and Tommy definitely a step above the rest for me, just immense ball strikers.

what you see at the team cup in abu Dhabi is the reason sponsors dont like team match play.There's some great golf being played but it's all a bit one sided......

Just spotted this golf monthly article mentioning Sergio is back on the DPWT later this month in Bahrain along with Puig, wonder how well received Sergio's return to the tour will be?
In the meantime, would it be fair to say that we've got the first interesting tour event of the year coming up in Dubai? Pretty strong field for a DPWT event and one I'm looking forward to following.
