medwayjon, that was quite clearly a threat and not even a vaguely veiled one. Wise up, it's an emotive topic and we're all entitled to our views.

It genuinely is not a threat. As I said, its interesting to see if people maintain their stance out of the confines of the internet.

I see no point in threatening people and to clump someone over something like this would be pathetic.

Well the wording was certainly suggestive of a threat but I'll take your word that no threat was intended.

As for your point, why would people's opinions change in person?

WOW - A huge GM row and Homer hasn't been involved or implicated. Come on fellas - try harder (and lets all lighten up). Its an emotive subject guys but lets try and keep some sort of rationale on it. Respect individual viewpoints and even if you don't agree and least try and be civilised in your counter-argument.

I was referring more to being called an idiot but my jist is, sometimes people are very loose-tounged when bound by the security of the internet (keyboard warriors for the more extreme) but all of a sudden become all meek and mild in a face-to-face situation.

I mean the guy no ill-feeling, I just wont agree with him, or indeed you, on this subject matter.
