If it's a Hewlett Packard, you can download a bit of software from them which solves print queue issues. It's called HPPDU.

I appreciate it is back up and working now, which is good news, but if you actually wanted some help it may have been prudent to include a little more information such as the printer type/model, how it is connected to your PC/Mac, your OS, what you are actually trying to print etc etc.
What you did was a bit like someone putting up a post saying "any mechanics out there? My car has broken down, what could be the problem"

Usually always the flux capacitor that's the issue. Quick jolt of 1.21 Gigawatts should get you going.
May also work on printers.
