Who the hell are KSI & Mr Beast?

I understand to you aren't his audience. But to give some context to anyone under 20 asking who the hell is Mr Beast would be akin to asking you who the hell is John Lennon, Tom Cruise or Elvis Presley.

More people alive watched content created by Mr Beast in the last 12 months than any other person. Basically he creates a you tube video every week or 2 and more people watch these than any TV show or movie on the planet. He earns somewhere between $50m-$100m a year and gives most of this away to people who watch his videos. I personally (much like you) don't get the appeal but he is very, very popular.

Just editing the post to add more context. He released a new video 30 minutes ago and it has already been viewed 288000 times. His video from 6 days ago has been viewed 61 million times - so more than twice as many people watch this than watched the queens funeral.

…and in truth are all those on the Embankment this evening with phone up in the air recording something that is on TV and they could record from TV and watch ad nauseam, any less daft and guilty of quite irrational behaviour since you might be forgiven for thinking that actually being present is the thing…the thing is not having a recording, unless the thing is to have something to prove (somehow) that you were there - for whatever use that is other than self-promotion.

Ah…maybe there’s the rub.
