I have parked the car up a few times and watched you Prestwick boys enjoy what looks like a cracking circuit. Cracking photos, the weather changes quick doon Ayrshire way... ;)

Just a couple of photos taken on Saturday during the medal. The first one is the view towards the island of Arran, and the second is a simply 180 degree turn.

If funny how playing in thunder and lighting can add ten to fifteen yards on all shots, still at least I made the buffer lol

is pic 13 the par 3 2nd or 3rd? (cant remember, been awhile since I played it) it was a windy day with a left to right crosswind, 36 hole tourney and each round nailed a 3 iron to 6 feet on the top tier. Thats all I remember as they were cracking shots but the rest is a blur of bogies and doubles, even Walker cup players that day shooting mid 80's. nice pics

I'd happily join St Nicks, a fabulous golf course, magic greens and great food in the clubhouse.

Only thing it lacks is a practice area, however I'm sure that I could and would overlook that to become a member!

St Nicks was in its usual great condition on Sunday. Greens are amongst the best you'll find anywhere. If I stayed closer it would be on my consideration list to join next year.

If Fabian asks you down for a game my advice is go, you'll love it. He's clearly not fussy who he plays with, he's had me down a few times.

Just had the invite and looking forward to it:-))
