Hi can anyone tell me is a speed controller on a powakaddy fw5 gps can cause the trolley to just randomly keep shutting off as mine just turns off 4 or 5 times during around of golf any help with this would be great

I'd suspect the battery connection.

Yh thats what thought but have put new ones on thats y i was wondering if the speed controller could cause it

Is there any damage to any of the cables from the battery connection to the motor? I only ask this as my m3 pro has visible cabling which could get damaged, if so potentially a break in the cable?

A friend of mine has had a similar experience, he puts his battery in and it all lights up then just goes dead, thing is it doesn't happen every time, tried other batteries and all is ok, so one presumes its the battery, battery and charger taken in for investigation and returned as all ok.
I would suggest trying another battery and see how it goes.
