Powakaddy problem

Hello I have a powakaddy fw3 with lithium battery after about 4 holes or going uphill the trolley trips out and I have to take the battery out and turn the switch on the battery off then back on then trolley is ok until the next hill when it does it again I have checked the battery and I'm getting 14 volts so it's not dead

Try cleaning battery and cable contacts, if they're corroded they won't transmit full power and cut out the safety feature

It’s the switch on the bottom of the battery!
A known issue apparently and repair agents won’t touch them as they’re not allowed to open the casing.
I have a perfectly good, tested, battery that can’t be repaired! Over £250 for replacement.
If it’s a known issue you’d think Powakaddy would replace it???
