Powakaddy CT6 screen error

My Powakaddy CT6 has failed to work today. Battery is fully charged

Initially control panel was blank. Later attempts resulted in screen error display as per image attached.
Is anybody able to advise the likely reason for the fault.

Could be a faulty motherboard, which normally results in the entire screen not coming on and the trolley not working (although battery light will still be on).

Just in case it helps anyone else an update to my original post...I look my trolley to a repair agent. The engineer initially advised it could be the controller or handle. Further investigations identified it was the controller which he was able to replace from stock items.

I have exactly the same issue with my control panel, while the battery is in good condition. Have not received any help after writing to them on their website helpline. Did you or anyone has a solution?

Venkat, As per my 2nd post on 31st Oct........I ended up getting the controller board replaced at a golf trolley repair company (Caddyrite in Liss, Hampshire)

Thank you. What did it cost and time taken. Did you have to dismantle the handle and post it to the shop is Liss. As I wld not be in a position to deliver the entire trolley

It cost £85

I live about 40 mins away from Liss. Dropped the whole trolley off on a Friday and was able to collect following Wednesday as controller part was in stock. I could of collected sooner (Saturday) but deferred collection to tie it in with a planned trip nearby.

Where abouts are you, perhaps there is a similar repair option closer that someone will know about.

Powakaddy have repair agents all over the UK, I am sure one would be local to yourself, an alternative is to source the replacement part online and fit yourself, obviously you have to be sure you have diagnosed the problem correctly and are replacing the correct part.
