Powakaddy CT6 GPS Touch Screen freezing.

Good Morning All,

I recently (Last week) bought a Powakaddy 2021 CT6 GPS EBS 36 Hole trolley. Managed to get it out for the first time a few days ago, after the first hole I went to the next tee and tried to change the screen to display the hazard yardage and the screen wouldn't change. I tried to change the hole number that wouldnt select and I couldn't select the menu function in the top left corner. To rectify I had to turn the battery off and restart the trolley. During the front 9 I had to do this 5 times to a point where I gave up using the GPS function as I just couldn't get up the hazard details.

Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you do to rectify.

Secondly, during this same round the bottle holder screw snapped off the powakaddy accessory.

Have I just been unlucky and had all the bad luck straight from the start or are these common issues???

Bought one at the start of the year and I have the same issue. It also looks like the difference between the yardage is way out compared to Garmin and skyCaddie by up to 15 yards

I have exactly the same experience, freezing of the display, and it is so annoying. Switching off and on the battery during a round... Besides that, sometimes I even can't switch the running of the trolley off by the yellow button (just to stop the trolley during a hole), so I switch it back to zero and then switch off the battery itself. Really annoying.
