My Powakaddy CT6 (GPS) is showing a fully charged battery (i.e. green light on the battery charger, & a fully charged/green battery on the display screen) although it doesn't appear to be engaging the wheels when I press on the centre 'Go/Stop' circle.

Anybody familiar with this issue? TIA

Hmmm a bit more serious then. When I had a powakaddy I YouTube my issue which turned out to be the gear box and was so easy to change. It was literally 6 bolts! Saved a fortune!

If nobody comes back it may be worth a check before you seek out a service.

I’ve just checked it on a mates ct6, my battery works fine on his, confirming it’s an issue with the trolley. Any idea how to to determine what it could be? (Other than putting it in with a Powakaddy rep?) TIA 👍

Gareth did you find out your problem as my ct6 has started today to do the exact same problem

Regards

On this trolley the screen is on so he only changes the speed board.
My power is on but the screen has gone off so I don’t know if it is the speed board.
My trolley was working perfectly then stopped for no reason.
If I change the speed board would the screen maybe also come back?

That sounds like the same problem I had. Battery full and green light, but no power to the screen or trolley.
It was the motherboard that needed replaced, so I had to bite the bullet and get someone to fix it for me. I took it to Scotland during a visit to the in-laws and got Glen to sort for me (https://thetrolleyman.co.uk/). A lot cheaper than the South-East, that's for sure.

Happened to mine, took it to local dealer and they repaired it free of charge as it was still just inside the 3 year warrantee (I didn’t know that but Powakaddy informed the dealer). Good service.
