Posting permissions

Apologies if this info is available elsewhere.

I have been a member of this forum for a few months, but tend to pop in and out every now and again, and have only added a few posts.

I was looking at the for sale section, and tried to reply to a post but was told I wasn't allowed.

How do I go about getting permissions to respond to these post?

you need to have made 100 posts in addition to how long you have been on the forum
