I find it works very well for small packets and letters. never used parcels as i always use someone like parcels2go who normally collect from my house. HTH

I've only used it on a few occasions but found it did exactly what I needed, given that I managed to use it ok would suggest it is pitched at the right level and not too complicated :thup:
