It has to be Worcestershire sauce. Brown sauce if you are in an unsophisticated place with no Worcestershire. Never tomato sauce, which is good for chips, burgers, sausage etc, but not bacon.

If I'm with hangover its red for me at the mo, if normal (which is rare) then brown but I have been known to change my mind... On this and many other things in life... regularly.... ask my wife!
