Possible South East meet

Afternoon all

I'm a member at http://www.thekentandsurrey.com/ and was thinking of organising a bit of a meet in the coming months. The club is based on the Kent/Sussex border and is a decent test of golf.

I'm not going to big my club up and lie about it being an immaculate spectacle of golf, but there are some tough holes, long holes and awkward placed hazards to give a test to even very good golfers.

I'm just trying to get an idea of if this is a goer or not...... I'd suggest a weekday would be best, as we do get very busy at weekends.

I'm sure I can negotiate a deal with the club.

I will do once I know its a goer....no point putting in loads of work if only a couple of people are interested. The secret golfer thing is more about being honest so people aren't disappointed.....the course is improving but I don't want people to attend and then feel misled if its not in pristine condition.



EDIT - I can bring non members round for £15 per head.

I'm not sure I'd trust their review's entirely ... they gave it 1* for "atmossphere"

Edit - they also referred to a new club called 'Remedy Oaks' in the title of another course review.

Good to hear guys.... ok I'll check my diary at work and suggest some dates. Is there anything in particular you can/can't do in terms of days? What would you prefer?
