Popping down the range later........

Very generous offer of you Bob.

If you get chance, could you demostrate a high, soft landing shot out of a greenside bunker.

I can get the ball out of the bunker ok, but often it rolls and rolls or stops short depending how I cath it. Ideally I want to get the ball nice and high and land softly without carrying it over the green

Thanks in advance

Not sure if this is a long game only, but anything on long putting distance control would be great. How to create a repeatable system that links length of putter backswing to desired distance would be awesome...

Thanks for your offer Bob.

............and taking my camera.
Does anyone have anything they would like me to go over ?
Golf related only please ;)

Wedge shots with same club but different backswing positions to achieve different yardages. If that makes sense?? I think you said you have 4 for each club?

Bob, I would appreciate if you could show any drills for getting your hands ahead of the clubhead at impact, it's a problem i've fought with for a while now.

Thanks

Done already Gareth.
Narrow stance aiming feet, hips and shoulders left.
Ball position FORWARD in your stance.
Hold middle or bottom of the grip.
Try and get the club to enter the sand about 3-4 inches behind the ball and go 2-3 inches deep
Give it a full swing following your body line
It will come out high and softly

Looks like he's already done this one Amanda, was a "suggestion" after the bunker shot video, the supporting advice would be great Bob (but look at how still he keeps his lower body! That's the thing I learned recently, I used to sway all over the shop!))

Any tips on playing out of a bunker from a downslope onto a downslope.
Had one yesterday - didn't quite come off as planned.

Tips re: chip & runs - hand position, ball position etc

hardest shot in golf imo. to make matters worse the edge of the bunker sometimes impedes the swing. nightmare shot.

If you get a chance could you show me how you would play a 30-40 yard pitch, its my nemesis & I quite often shank them.

This shot is about 25 yards but the same technique applies.
SW or LW
Narrow stance
Ball in the centre of your stance
Hands and weight forward and middle or bottom of the grip
Make sure your hands are at least 3-4in from your thighs
Aim straight or a little open
Backswing is quite short (hands just above waist height)
Steep attack angle into the ball AND ALWAYS TAKE SOME KIND OF DIVOT. (however small)
And follow through the same amount as the backswing

Would appreciate help to stop having my hips through the ball before I've even started my downswing.

Big blocks'r'us!
