Police vs Mopeds - Tactical Contact

Maybe if someone does a crime with a moped they should call in politicians to chase them down on their desk chairs. Diane Abbott up front.

Just bad reporting!
Anyone admitted to hospital with serious head injury’s would not be discharged so soon.

We knew it was coming the cps should just say no he is doing his job .
After all his employers sent him to learn how to do this.
Now they threaten him with losing his job , it’s a joke.

Then add in the fact that the scumbag subsequently plead (pleaded?) guilty to 5 charges "including theft, dangerous driving and driving without a license" and it's clear that it's not some innocent who deserves our sympathy.

If it does go to court I hope he requests a jury trial. I don't think it would take more than 5 minutes for a jury to clear him. Just get his lawyer to make the point that if he hadn't stopped him then it could've easily been each jury members mum/dad, son/daughter that was the next victim.

Only danger of a jury trial is who you get on them; having been called 4 times for jury service, it can be quite frightening. In the wrong area, or with jurors called from the wrong area there could be a danger of "payback".

Is there a jury selection process in the UK or is that just in the US, where the lawyers can get rid of people they don't want on the jury?
