Im no expert but your club face looks closed at the top

Club face looks OK, your plane is a bit flat, the club goes below plane on the way back and below plane on the way down making you swing a bit too much from the inside, this pic is about 1/1000th of a second before impact.....

(club face square at impact, path from the inside = a ball that starts straight and curves left)

Raise your swing plane a little to reduce the amount you swing 'out' at the ball.

As an aside, you seem to be very stiff. Such tension is a killer of a free flowing swing.
