Not so much Chester, but Steve at TFG in Widnes is great. It's not far from the M56, probably around 20 miles from you.

try carden park or ellesmere port golf centre they are supposed to be ok.

Steve Holden at TFG in Widnes or Freddy Valenti at Poulton Park Golf Club on the outskirts of Warrington which has an amazing short game facility.
