I'm guessing that the number in you name are your birthday and that the questionnaire is for a school project? The questionnaire doesn't give us ay info of what the putting machine is, so people looking at the survey won't know if they own one already, what the current features are, so people won't know if they need additional ones.
If you can give some more information about the product, then perhaps you'll get a few more surveys completed.
Welcome along to the forum, hopefully your not just here for your survey. Personally I don't think that a complicated/sophisticated putting machine presumably intended to be used indoors would have much of a market but I wish you well.
There used to be a putting machine at the bowling alley years ago where the floor changed shape quite dramatically and changed the line of a 6foot putt.
Zen golf, Nick Middleton have just created an indoor practise putting surface that can be altered to give different breaks. Wouldn't mind it myself but it is quite big.
