What a great course. The wind was blowing so hard my ball was moving on the greens.

Those greens are fast

Now i'm a member i'll be back.

I think i'm going to have to buy some more balls after losing so many yesterday.

Murph, I thought "proper" links conditions were blazing sunshine with a mild zephyr to keep you cool, fairways that allowed every topped tee shot to run 260 yards and a female caddy spraying you with Evian and massaging you after every hole to keep you loose. That's what it's like at my club.

:p

Glad to see you took my advice and joined the No:1 course in Northern England,I'll keep my eyes open for you!

Just keep an eye on the rough areas and you'll see me :D

It's trully an excellent course. Thanks for the recommendation.

I played Goswick last week while on a family holiday in the area, was my 2nd time playing it and I love the course.

I managed to play some good stuff and carded a 5 over score of 77, which even included a double bogey on the 6th after going OB off the tee, was 1 under for the first 5 holes.

We had lovely weather and there was only a gentle breeze. The course was in super condition and I can highly recommend it to anyone :)
