Played In The Rain

I have never played a full round in the rain before,so decided to give it a go today.It was our normal roll up but what a pain,not to mention everything was soaked but getting clubs in and out of the bag brolly breaking,wet gloves and i seemed to do everything in a rush.So it goes without saying it was not a good round,still there's always next time..

I don't really mind rain, as long as the wind isn't blowing too hard.

If you get your brolly set up over your grips, and keep your hands in your waterproof pockets, it isn't so bad.

When windy however, I normally end up chasing the brolly down teh 6th fairway, rain running all the way in my bag, puddles in my shoes and pockets etc, and its no fun.

The only solution though - move somewhere warmer and nicer!

They make you look like a cat burglar but I've got a pair of the specialist wet gloves for when it's hoovering it down.

I really can't be bothered with umbrellas and towelling everything all the time so I wear a waterproof bucket hat and get these wet gloves on and away you go!

The only problem is marking the card then!!!
