Planta Faciitis

My wife has Planta Faciitis and has been recommended Pro 11 Wellbeing shoe inserts. Has anyone any experience of them?
Her shoe size is 5-6 but they only seem to come in 5-6.5. Can they be trimmed easily?

Hi rule fan, I suffer from PF and i use pro 11 wellbeing in every pair of shoe i own bar 2 pairs which are sketcher designed for PF (have ordered a 3rd pair as it does make easier)

they can be easily trimmed to fit with a pair of scissors

Shoe inserts are excellent. Same as rolling your foot for a few minutes each day over a frozen bottle.

A golf ball is also good to roll over your foot. Which considering our chosen hobby should be easy to find

Get some PF night socks - they helped me a great deal when I had it for nearly two years.

Insoles were the best help, but the socks really took some of the pain away overnight.

It's strange how you can't remember the pain itself anymore, but you do remember how much pain you were in at the time.

I'd sit down for a beer, and then when I got up I would almost cry out in pain from my feet when I stood back up from the table.
