A guy is offering me a set of 3 (52, 56, 60) for £55. Seems like a good deal but just wondering if anyone here has them and what do they think of them?

Had Vokey's, bought 59's to match my irons. Just bought Vokey's again.

Couldn't 'feel' them and was either too long or short... each to their own though.

You might find them a little lighter than those listed in your current setup, if in good nick the older spec grooves should bite well. If the colour code is right for you, I'd give them a go. At that price as you could always move them along without much / any loss.

Pretty good wedges and a set always seems attractive, but they's leave a huge gap in your bag at in the scoring area - as you don't have a PW and you 9i is 39* (almost a 7i in my set!).

So worth getting a Di7 PW and/or AW before thinking about different wedges.

I am actually not enjoying my vokeys at the mo, I played better when like yourself I had 3 different makes, cg10 52, yonex 56 and nike sv 60

I am sure they will be fine, just put some practise in to get used to them and dont expect them to be miracle clubs :)

Well from what I understand Vokeys are a more difficult club to come to terms with when compared to other wedges but you do get rewarded when it commes to spinand control.

thats the best deal ive seen. i already own those irons but want to leave a set at my girlfriends house. i tried to buy the SW seperate and it was £50 alone on ebay. so chuffed :)

I notice that in Your Signature it says that you have MD Wedges. I'll be selling my 48* MD Superstrong wedge if you want it?

cheers lad. my distance gaps between pw and 52 are grand. im actually playing a 58* nike wedge instead of the 60* atm. just got that two weeks ago off here. need to stop buying clubs. lol

Yeah I had a bit of spending spree there for my 18th Birthday coming up, New Bag, New Irons, Now New Wedges but that'll be me.... I hope!!
