Ping legendary service

I had heard that Ping's after sales service was good and living just 10 miles from their factory meant I just had to close a set of pings when I replaced my irons a few years ago.
A couple of weeks ago I had a lesson and my teacher pointed out most of my irons were creaking when you twisted them. After a few more opinions from some more pros I took them back to the factory. They have just dropped them off at my club with new shafts and grips free of charge.

The legend lives on, I am now looking for someone to do a tasteful 'I Love Ping' tatoo for my forehead.

For sure, although i was going to trial the maori method using a pointy stick and some charcoal , i do admire the classic methods
