Ping G25 5 wood vs Hybrid

Purchased the Ping G25 5 WOOD today and found the performance better than the hybrid

Tried the Hybrid 20 and found the flight low, the 5 wood was longer with higher flight and easier to hit off the deck

I had forgotten what a nice club the 5 wood is

Really wanted the hybrid to work to replace an old Burner rescue but the hybrid didn't add anything compared to the 5 wood. Very pleased !

I wouldn't expect a 20 degree hybrid to anything but shorter than a 5 wood of 18/18.5 degrees....

Longer shaft on the wood as well, it's always going to be longer..and higher in most peoples hands
