I had a fitting yesterday.
Tried JPX 921 forged, i210 and G425.
I've ordered the G425. Anything else would have been a victory for ego over common sense, for me.
It was purely down to comparing the numbers. I was getting much better consistency across the board in general, but dispersion and spin in particular, as well as gaining a bit of distance so it was a bit of a no brainer for me.
I think the G425s are more aligned to the 921 hot metal rather than the forged though
I really wanted to get on with JPX 921 forged.
Failing that, I would have been happy with the i210.
G425 was the backup, if I struggled with the first 2.
The Mizunos just felt like they were clumsily clanging into the ball, and the trajectory was very low.
The i210s were nice but were going way left.
The G425s were straight, consistent for distance and had a really nice feel, contrary to most of the YouTube reviews I've seen.
