PING HQ got back to me today about my enquiry. They couldn't fit me in next week when Im heading down south but stated that any company that has an account with PING such as DG and AG would offer the same service as they're trained to do so.
I booked in with DG at Huddersfield with one of the managers. The service was good and I was happy with the fitting, however I don't know any different as it was my first time.
I started off hitting balls with 1/2 inch longer to warm up and then measured my wrist to floor. I then used an inch longer and hit balls on the ping board to determine the lie angle needed. I then tried the different grips. So I've ordered G25 Irons 1inch longer, stiff shafts, green lie angle and the orange grip.
He also spent some time looking at my grip, which I felt he didn't have to do!
