So Ping are about to lauch the Crossover.
Supposedly, a club mid-way between an iron & a hybrid.
It looks very interesting, with less offset & more toe weight to help people like me who have a tendancy to miss left (hook) hybrids.

I watched the Rick Shiels review of the club. He summerised the club by suggesting it doesn't really have a place in the bag, although it is closest to a driving iron than anything else.

Yeah, I know. Peter Finch is using it at the moment. I am interested to see how long it will stay in his bag (and my guess is: not very long)

RRP is £180, same as the hybrids. Not sure how much they'll actually go on sale for.
