Gone from shooting on or about level par to struggling to break 90... not to mention struggling to walk. Hoping for a few good PhysioTerrorist sessions and get the golf back on track.

Mind you, I've got some fab drugs!!

Had physio a while back when the back went during the monthly medal. Painful in terms of the cost and the sessions but they did the job. Hope it isn't a long term injury and that you get fit soon

Having suffered from back problems for years I can sympathise with your situation. Hope your recovery is speedy and as painless as possible

ps...I tried physio, chiro, drugs, rest, heat, cold...just about everything. In the end, acupuncture did the trick, you might want to consider it.

Nerve trapping is that Sciatica then as my Dad has that. Might be able to offer some advice on that if it is.

The nerves from shoulder blade level, around the ribcage, and down to the Sciatic nerve and the right hip are doing a war dance... great fun.

I'll try anything to, a) get rid of the pain, and b) get back playing properly again. After 45 yrs its in my blood more than heroin.

I am having physio on my shoulder every two weeks on the National Health. Been going for the last couple of months, and they can't wait to sign me up for the next session. Very attractive young lady to boot.;) Not sure if it is helping or whether just rest is the answer.

Hmmm sounds like a different complaint to me. My Dad gets pain in the bottom of his back which makes his legs tingle and his toes numb. Just years of wear and tear the cause the only downside to doing manual work. He sees a physio who has given him exercises to do along with stretches to get the trapped nerve released and he has imroved big time. Be prepared for some expense though. Wouldn't bother with NHS if you can afford other options as they are less than useless all they do is dish pills out like smarties. Good luck

I'm considering Yoga to keep me more supple. Especiallyafter this video.
