Its that time of year and our current insurer (Animal Friends) has upped the premium for our Labrador by 20% (though the Cat premium remains unchanged).
Been doing a bit of comparison and a name that keeps coming up on the comparison sites is "Purely Pets". Prices are roughly 20% lower than the renewal quote for what on the surface looks like a slightly higher level of cover.
A bit of research seems to indicate that PP seem to attract a number of negative reviews, especially in the areas of renewal costs and trying to avoid paying out claims....though I'm well aware that folks are more likely to post about their bad experiences than their good ones.
Has anyone used Purely Pets to insure their furry family members? Thoughts?
