If, due to system problems, a closed competition has produced incorrect scores, which in turn has reduced the PCC to -1 for that day; can this be rectified? And if so, how? Thanks

Your national authority may recalculate PCC upon request.
I'm curious to know how the system could be at fault for incorrect scores - surely it simply accepts and passes on what has been entered by the player/admin person?

It likely won't be 'the system' that's at fault. But a system glitch during the data entry or transmission processes could cause only some of the results to be registered.
So it depends what is meant by 'system/the system'.
