I hear ya...can someone please explain why the thread re: Clubchamp was locked - did he call "Foul" after the last uneducated attempt at a reply - if you're going to take the pi$$ out of someone, at least get the plaititude correct...it's STAND, STAND, not stick! Seriously, can someone please explain why the thread was locked?

I thought the whole idea of a forum was for peoples views in discussions etc.

I locked the thread as this is how I see it,Bickering like old women achieves nothing, I come on here to share in the golf chat and banter not read up on fellas indulging themselves in reading between lines and casting up statements needlessly.
Ians post did sound rather prima donna'ish, hes a big man and can explain his actions, does he need the moderators to fight his corner? simple answer is no, he has and is entitled to his opinions. The thread was going nowhere so it was closed. This thread will also be locked as again, as I said to Stu in a pm, We are all grown men.
There is a difference between debate and bickering, only one is acceptable.
Plus this was in the lounge, not Out of Bounds
