I've never liked it, I'm afraid. Not for me. Too many "meh" holes and a couple of downright awful holes. 18th one of my least favourite golf holes anywhere.
Unless condition has improved in the past 5 years, there are much better courses in the area. Westerham for definite. Cherry Lodge is another but haven't played there for a while.

I played there in June and it was absolutely brutal. Hard, bouncy, rough was 2-3 feet deep....it's an ok track but the fact I haven't considered going back probably speaks volumes.

They’ve just had a euro pro tour event there - I guess all decent courses were fully booked

Sadly another course in the area struggling. It’s the same as north downs and cherry lodge, boggy as fug or Misty in the winter, bone hard and burnt in the summer. The greens have never been that great when ever I’ve played it.

range is meant to be ok though.
