So having spent months unsuccessfully trying to hit a 3 wood off the deck (Ping G15) I have finally given up.
I just cannot get the ball consistently high enough.
Ok off the tee, but either a duff or a very low flight off the deck.

So today I borrowed a Callaway Diablo 5 Wood.
Wow, what a difference, a lovely long flight from the tee & the deck.
So now I know, forget the 3 wood.

Tonight I managed to pick up a Orca GS5 5 wood (regular shaft) off E-Bay for a bargain price.
I just saw it & thought that looks really nice, I have seen a few references on here about Orca clubs in the past.
Does anyone have any experience of using Orca fairway woods?
If so, what are they like compared to the other leading brands?

I have a GS5 and it is a great club. Madadey had a few hits with it last time we played and found it a better club for him than his RBZ. All down to personal taste but dont think you will be disappointed
