Found this clip while rummaging around on youtube...... Its only 20 mins long but there is some great information in it and some helpful drills also.... its worth a look.....

Pay close attention also to how he describes the ball flight laws..... Its very easy to understand for those that dont yet fully know them.

I don't think you mentioned 'compression' causing spin though.

I wonder how he explains getting around 2500-3000 rpm of spin in a ball that's teed up!
