Ethan if you dont mind i am looking for a shaft which has a mid to high launch with a very very low spin rate i have a 910 d3 driver at the minute with the rip 60g shaft

High launch and higher spin tend to go hand in hand, and lowering spin often involve lowering launch, by stiffening or adding weight, for example. See the chart (from the 2010 Titleist custom brochure) in this link.

It is also worth saying that individual experiences can be different from the official specs, so I would recommend getting a fitting at someplace with a decent selection of shafts.
The final thing is also that modern clubheads vary in terms of spin. The Titleist 910D3, for example is pretty low spin, so you can pair it with a slightly higher spin shaft than you might use in some other makes.
Your best bet may be a low spin head with a medium high launch/medium spin shaft. The Graphite Design Tour AD DI shaft is getting a lot of good reviews for this use. The Matrix XCon is also a good compromise.
