On Course Lesson Etiquette?

A bit of thread drift but…..One of our Junior Girls is coached at Country in the England Squad. When she was asked by one of our members, what is the most significant piece of advice she had been given - ‘“Have a drink of water on every tee”.

Always have a bottle of water and would say I take a drink from it more frequently than most of the guys I play with. Plenty snacks in the bag if I get peckish.
Haha good. I read a book called hole in one nutrition and he said you need to drink half your body weight in pounds as equivalent in CLs of water on a normal day. On a golf day you shout drink have that allowance before and the other half on your way around.

You get racehorse syndrome and have to find a lot of bushes to start but your body soon adjusts but it’s improved my focus massively.

Oh and the first pint should have a tiny bit of salt in for electrolytes but not as much as you can taste it. This actually sets up your drinking habits for the day too. All other drinks don’t count either.
